Missed Revenue Audit collects information needed to run free audits, respond to requests, activate customer accounts, operate authorized recovery workflows, and measure performance.
Information We Collect
We may collect name, company, website, business type, location, email, phone number, operational estimates, lead details, CRM or invoice exports you provide, and messages submitted through this site or approved customer workflows.
How We Use It
We use information to estimate revenue leakage, set up customer onboarding, detect recovery opportunities, send authorized follow-up, provide reports, manage billing support, and improve the service.
Attribution
Revenue outcomes are labeled as confirmed recovered, influenced, or estimated opportunity. We do not sell exact recovery claims from unverified data.
Data Handling
Customer data should be handled with minimum necessary access. We do not sell personal information. Integrations should be connected only after customer authorization.
Email Preferences
Guidance and product-update email requires an affirmative subscription. A referral form does not automatically send email to the referred person. Marketing email can be stopped through the unsubscribe page or by replying to a message.
Advertising Measurement
First-party page and form events may be recorded to operate and improve the service. Optional Google Ads measurement is loaded only when it is configured and the visitor grants marketing consent. It remains disabled when consent is declined or the advertising account is not configured.
